So it’s been a month now, and I’m doing okay, surprisingly. Though I have to be honest, I still can’t watch those lovey dovey movies yet. I zone out most of the time, and then I get bitter. LOL. I can’t help it! Give me more months, and I’ll completely forgot about the whole thing.
Anyway, here’s a very cute movie I want to watch.
In the frozen East Coast winter, Rebecca is withering away in a life of cocktail parties and lonely nights as the sheltered, soft-spoken wife of a successful doctor. Across the country in sun-drenched, arid New Mexico, charismatic ex-con Dylan is struggling to find his footing and a fresh start. When these polar opposites realize they share an inexplicable connection, a unique metaphysical romance begins.
I find the story and trailer interesting. It has drama, romance, comedy and sci-fi. I like the idea of meeting someone, not physically, and seeing what he/she’s seeing. wish this is a book or something. I rarely read romantic novels, but for this one, IF this was based on a book, I’d definitely read it.
Oh god, I’m so hooked! I’ve been watching How I Met Your Mother for the past couple of days now! I even set aside GOT because of it. =( If I didn’t, I’m probably finished watching all seasons of Game of Thrones. Alas, HIMYM took my time away. Plus, in light of what’s happening right now, I badly need a good distraction, and this is just right.
So far, I’m currently in Season 3 and I’m loving all episodes. So many relationship lessons to be learned in terms of love and friendships. I think, I even know a certain someone who’s pretty much like Robin and a certain someone, who’s quite like Ted. LOL. Sometimes I think of recommending this to my boyfriend but knowing him, and his busy schedule, I doubt he’ll watch it. =D
In my previous post, I mentioned about the movie, The Notebook, right? Today, because I’m feeling mushy, I’d like to share here the soundtrack used in the movie. I love, love the main theme. I find the piano score to be full of longing, love and at the same time, sadness. If you want to feel romantic and all, add them in your playlist and you’ll never regret listening to ‘em.
So there I was, just searching for good entertainment on Youtube when I decided to watch some popular Britain’s Got Talent auditions. Boy oh boy! Have you guys heard of Greg Pritchard? If you still haven’t, then you have got to watch the video below.
so what do you think? You know what my first reaction was? Nah, this can’t be him, surely. I mean, come on!!! Even the judges couldn’t believe what they just heard. I really though he was lip syncing! Amazing, really, this is my first time to hear a man in a really soprano voice much like of a woman’s for that matter.
My apologies for not updating this blog the past couple of days. As I’ve mentioned in my other blogs, I’ve been busy. But I’m back. :]
So what’s up? Me? Nothing much. I’d like to share this amazing video by Lindsey Stirling. My brother introduced her music to me yesterday. I have to say, I’m very much impressed. She even did an Assassin’s Creed III music video! I mean, I FREAKING LOVE ASSASSIN’S CREED! So yes, she’s definitely added to my FAVORITES musicians. ;]
I am quite envious of people who can afford to splurge money for their entertainment. Back then, I could. I have nothing holding me against my whim. But things have changed since I started to pay my own bills. I guess I grew up.
My mom, she’s a movie junkie like me. We tend to spend our Saturday night to a movie marathon with the family. Now she’s contemplating whether to buy a new LED TV or a second hand one. I personally don’t know anything about TVs, so my brother’s the one researching about them. I, on the other hand is assigned to search for ideas about TV mounts.
I found this website very interesting. They have all sorts of furniture for LCD/LED TVs such as TV stands, TV mounts, audio racks, chief mounts, speaker stands, and my favourite, the gaming theatre. Ah, the last one is just what we also need aside from the mounts/stands. I’m pretty excited about this. My mom doesn’t usually announce that she wants to buy something this expensive. I hope this pushes through. A big screen is a must for movie junkies like us and a gamer like me and my siblings.
We don’t own a XBOX yet. But since I wanted to learn this dance so bad, I decided to download some of the Dance Central 1 & 2 videos on Youtube for practice and of course for workout as well. ;]
This is my favorite so far. I really like the choreography. It’s quite hard at first but then if you just dance through it everyday, you’ll eventually learn it. I haven’t perfected it, but at least I’m using it as my exercise. ;]
I know I’m too late for this, but I just recently saw the closing ceremony of the London Olympics on Youtube. When I first heard, or rather, read on twitter that my all time favorite girl band, Spice Girls performed at the closing ceremony, I got really excited and all! I badly want to check out videos of the said event but sadly, I didn’t get to. I got pretty preoccupied with a lot of things after, and I totally forgot it until today.
Wow. They still all look stunning and beautiful! I especially like Victoria Beckham’s look after all these years. Back then, she’s the least of my favorite. Now, she’s more beautiful than ever. I wish I have my own David. LOL.
About their dresses, my number one pick would be Victoria’s. Next is from Geri, and last is from Emma’s.
Oh, I read from Youtube users that they were not supposed to do this closing ceremony because of Victoria. Tsk. She only said yes to a condition that they will never reform again. It’s like she’s ashamed to be part of the best girl group ever? What gives, Victoria? Anyway, I’m still happy that they performed intact.
